Welcome to DUBAI STEM CELL CONGRESS, initiated by HORTMAN STEM CELL LABORATORY LLC (“DSCC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), who operate this platform to provide our users (“User(s)”, “you”, or “your”) with the opportunity to register for the DSCC.
