As we gather on the 25th and 26th of February, we invite you to join us in a dynamic exchange of thought leadership and clinical insight across the fields of stem cell research and regenerative medicine.

Refund Policy

Refund/Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the program manager. 

  • Cancellations before 90 days of the conference commencement will be eligible for a full refund with a processing fee of AED 100 
  • Cancellations within 90 days of the conference commencement are non-refundable and transferable to a future event, or to an individual who wishes to attend a future conference.
  • All refunds will be processed after three weeks from the conference completion.
Terms & Conditions

By registering for the conference you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions listed below.

Organizer: Stethon LLC-FZ will host and organize Stem Cell Congtress 2026 scheduled event.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the program manager. 

  • Cancellations before 90 days of the conference commencement will be eligible for a full refund with a processing fee of AED 100 
  • Cancellations within 90 days of the conference commencement are non-refundable and transferable to a future event, or to an individual who wishes to attend a future conference.
  • All refunds will be processed after three weeks from the conference completion.

Registration Transfer: All fully paid registrations could be transferred to another person who wants to attend the same conference, with an email request to the authorized program manager on or before October 25, 2025. Following the request, the program manager shall consent for the transfer and subsequently all necessary actions will be taken. Registration transfer may only be chosen if the registrant is unable to attend the event. Any transfer of registration is not eligible for a refund.

Responsibility: All attendees are solely responsible for their valuable personal belongings at the Conference Venue. For any reasons, the organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Request for Invitation Letter: Invitation letters will only be delivered through electronic mail to registered participants.

VISA Guidelines: We strongly urge that you register for a VISA as soon as your registration is confirmed, citing all the international security concerns. Stethon LLC-FZ will not deal directly with any embassy or consulate regarding the VISA application. We may provide general assistance upon request. The Stethon LLC-FZ’ cancellation policy does not apply to any VISA issues that prevent a registrant from participating.

Note: For the postponement of Events/Conferences due to any unforeseen circumstances, all registered attendees will get a credit note for their registration fee. This credit note may be used to register your participation for any upcoming Stethon LLC-FZ Events/Conferences that occurs within two years from the postponement announcement.

Insurance: The registration fee does not include coverage for any form of insurance.

Media/Press: Conference participants must obtain a prior permission from the conference organizers to perform any media coverage at/during the conference.

How We Share the Information We Collect: If you attend a conference hosted by Stethon L.L.C FZ, we may publish some of your personal information. For instance, the abstract book may include the full contact information of those who have registered for a conference. The names and affiliations of attendees may be listed on our website. We may share your contact information with conference speakers in order to facilitate their planning and organization duties. We may also publish attendee names, educational or professional backgrounds, or photographs in Stethon Conferences-produced materials, and we may use photographs of meeting interactions in our marketing materials. In addition, we may publish this information for the board members, the Scientific Advisory Board, and other people who participate in programming the activities.

Our website uses external payment service providers to process payments made by credit card, bank transfer, or other means. Users are responsible for providing their payment and personal information directly to these providers, and our platform does not collect or process this information. We will only receive notification of successful payment from the payment service provider.

Your Rights and Choices: Regarding our use and disclosure of your Personal Data, you have options. If you no longer wish to receive marketing-related communications from us, you may unsubscribe via the link provided in such emails. Photography and filming: During the conference, there may be a photographer and video production for promotional purposes. Those who do not desire to be filmed or recorded must notify the conference organizers via email at events@stethonconferences.com.
