ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES 

Join us at the Dubai Stem Cell Congress – 3rd Edition to exchange ideas, collaborate with peers,  and contribute to advancing the fields of stem cell and regenerative medicine. Please ensure your  submission complies with the following guidelines. 

1. Eligibility 

Abstract submissions are open to: 

• Students (undergraduate and postgraduate). 
• Postdoctoral researchers affiliated with recognized institutions. 
• Established researchers and scientists from academia, clinical practice, or industry.
  
  Important Notes: 
• Abstracts must represent original research that has not been published or presented  elsewhere. 
• Any speaker or member of the scientific committee cannot be the first author to ensure  impartiality. 

2. Abstract Content Requirements 

Your abstract must include: 

1. Title 

• A concise and descriptive title (maximum 20 words) reflecting your research. b. Author Information 
• List all authors with full names and institutional affiliations. 
• Clearly designate the first author and provide contact details for correspondence. c. Abstract Body 
• Background and Aim: Introduce the research context and objectives. • Methods: Summarize the methodology used. 
• Results: Highlight key findings with supporting data. 
• Conclusion: Emphasize the significance and implications of your findings. d. Keywords 
• Include 3–5 relevant keywords. 

1. Word Limit: Abstracts must not exceed 500 words (excluding title, author information,  and keywords).
2. Formatting 

• Times New Roman, font size 12, single-spaced. 
• Submit in PDF format.   

3. Submission Process 
4. Submission Fee: 

• Students: AED 200 
• Researchers and Postdoctoral Scholars: AED 400 

The fee must be paid at the time of abstract submission. 

1. Prepare Your Abstract: Ensure it meets all the content and formatting  requirements. 
2. Submit via Portal: Visit the Abstract Submission Page to complete the form and  upload your abstract. 
3. Confirmation: Upon successful submission and fee payment, a confirmation  email will be sent to the corresponding author.   

4. Presentation Policy 

• Organizers will contact authors of selected abstracts via email to inform them of their  selection. 
• For each selected abstract, the organizers will award one free congress pass, which  can be used by either the first author or a co-author.   

5. Awards and Recognition 

Outstanding contributions will be recognized and celebrated during the congress: • Best Student Poster Award: Recognizing exceptional research by students. • Best Researcher Poster Award: Honoring top contributions by postdoctoral researchers  and scientists. 

• Short Oral Talks: Selected abstracts may be invited for short oral presentations to  showcase their work to a larger audience.  

6. Registration Fees 

For individuals who require registration beyond the free pass: • Students: AED 200

7. Important Dates 

• Abstract Submission Deadline: 01 February 2025 • Notification of Accepted Abstracts: 14 February 2025 • Completion of Registration: 20 February 2025
